Education. Community. Access.

For the Rising Generation.

Sustaining legacy, impacting society, and preserving wealth relies on family enterprises’ ability to empower a rising generation of leaders. Our future belongs to them. This is why we are launching a premier, members-only education and community platform specifically for the Rising Gen. Welcome to Wingspan Forum!

Wingspan Forum begins on September 12, 2024, with a two-day, in-person summit in Cambridge, Mass. Forum members will join a trusted cohort of Rising Gens from diverse industries and geographies who want to be owner-operators, family leaders, and responsible owner-investors, and engage in dynamic conversations and meaningful learning and sharing. Supported by a team of mentors, members will receive personalized guidance to support the long-term success of their family enterprise. Everyone will leave inspired and equipped with an action plan to address the critical issues within their family enterprise.

If you are a member of the Rising Generation of an enterprising family – with a family-owned business and/or family office – you belong here. If you are not a candidate for Wingspan Forum, but know someone who is, we hope you will share this information with them. This program is not to be missed!
