Christina is on the faculty of Harvard Business School (HBS) where she focuses her research primarily on topics surrounding Family Enterprises. She created a course titled “Demystifying Families in Business,” which covers family dynamics, operating companies, Family offices and legacy opportunities. She has also taught first-year Technology Operations Management (TOM) and Leadership and Corporate Accountability (LCA) courses. Christina chairs HBS’ executive education program, Families in Business, and co-chairs the Family Office and Rising Generation programs. She frequently teaches in the HBS/Young Presidents’ Organization programs internationally.
A firm believer that you can have it all—just not all at once, Christina gives speeches on families in business, leadership and understanding the different chapters of life. Prior to teaching at HBS and founding Wingspan, Christina held a variety of roles within the finance and general management fields. She was most recently president and CEO of a family office; before that, she was in finance and operations at a start-up venture formed by several of her HBS classmates. She began her career focusing on equities and energy investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Kidder Peabody.
Christina is a Senior Advisor at Crestview Partners, a private equity firm focused on the middle market. She is also on the Advisory Boards of F3 Partners, a fund focused on investing in family businesses, Northrim Horizon, a private investment firm with a long-term focus, and Corvias, a private infrastructure company. Additionally, she is on the Board of Ambassadors of The Steppingstone Foundation, an organization providing educational opportunities to underserved children.
A native of The Woodlands, Texas, Christina graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in finance and organizational behavior and business policy. She also earned an MBA from HBS. Christina is passionate about her family, dogs, friends, students, family clients and golf.

Maryann G. Bell leads Wingspan’s Advisory practice helping families create their legacies. She has a deep understanding of the structures needed to design governance and policy for multi-generational, family-owned enterprises. Her thoughtful approach cultivates conversations that drive positive change.
Maryann is an experienced governance expert having chaired seven boards. She has worked with rising leaders over decades with students from Georgetown University and throughout her two decades in finance. Maryann joined Wingspan after almost 15 years at Goldman Sachs in NYC, Boston, and London where she oversaw the International Shares team. Maryann also serves as Director for the Gallivan Bell Family Office and holds an MBA from Harvard University and BA with distinction from Georgetown University.
She and her husband Paul live in Austin, TX. They have three amazing daughters.
George brings 26 years of family business experience to Wingspan. He is President of Monarch Holdings, Inc., a fifth-generation family business established in 1856. Monarch has been involved in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, medical devices, real estate, and private equity.
In 2012, George co-founded Fair Chase Advisors as a family network office to source, diligence, and invest in venture-stage opportunities. Fair Chase Advisors has funded several businesses in the technology, medical device, and real estate sectors.
He believes the lessons learned from 168 years of family business success are important to share with others. George supports Wingspan’s focus on direct communication, operational excellence, governance, and legacy as the cornerstones of a successful family business.
George has served on boards in the United States, Canada, Europe, and China. He graduated from Denison University with a BA in International Relations in 1991 and studied at the Chinese University of Hong Kong from 1989 to 1990. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1998.
George and his wife reside in Belvedere, CA, with their son and daughter.
Andrew Peddar is President and COO at Wingspan Legacy Partners. Drawing on 25 years of experience in fintech and financial services as an enterprise-sales oriented strategic thinker, Andrew oversees overall business and sales strategy as well as the development of new business lines through both organic and inorganic growth. He also ensures operational best practices drive best-in-class personnel management across staffing, HR, and professional development.
Andrew has lived and worked in the UK, South Africa, Canada, and the U.S., building teams to deliver high-value products and services to investment management firms of all sizes around the world. He has experience setting up operations in new regions and in introducing new products and technology. Most recently, Andrew was the COO of Daizy AI, a tool to rewire the wealth industry. Previously, he was at Broadridge and StatPro, where he held general management and global COO roles for a combined 22 years. While in South Africa Andrew co-founded the StatPro and Durbanville Schools Foundation, which focused on getting as many farm laborer children into structured primary education as possible.
Andrew currently lives in Concord, MA, with his wife and son, where he co-founded and launched The Concord Bridge, a local weekly print newspaper, and has coached the local boys travel soccer team for the last five years. Andrew is passionate about family, food, music, sports, and open water swimming.
With a deep understanding of family office dynamics, Justin has successfully established a family office from the ground up, navigating complex structures and regulatory environments while implementing robust policies and investment practices.
Prior to joining Wingspan, Justin was the founding team member at Capital6, a deep tech-focused family office. He led direct private equity and venture capital investments, incubated the firm’s venture studio, and architected the family office strategy. Before Capital6, Justin was a Private Equity and Debt Investment Analyst at Northwestern Mutual Capital.
Justin received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA from the University of Notre Dame. Justin is based in NYC. You can find Justin outside of work optimizing his sleep stats and consuming calorie efficient protein.
Vicki Morton is a finance and marketing executive at Wingspan Legacy Partners. Currently, she manages marketing and content creation, assists with business development and partnerships, and is also involved in financial oversight.
As part of the sixth generation of a family-owned maritime concern, she has an understanding of enterprising families. From her own lived experience, Vicki is keenly aware of their unique needs. Her superior communication skills have been key to recognizing and communicating Wingspan’s purpose and solutions.
Vicki’s professional experience includes almost a decade as a finance and marketing professional at Time Inc. Prior to that, she spent several years in the financial services industry at both Kidder Peabody and JP Morgan Securities in corporate finance and equity research. Prior to joining Wingspan, Vicki took a pause in her career to raise her children.
Vicki is a graduate of Georgetown University, having double majored in English Literature and American Government. Vicki lives in Greenwich, CT with her husband and two children. When she’s not working, Vicki enjoys giving back to her local community via several volunteer roles.
Hillary Sieber grew up working in her family business and has seen firsthand the drive, creativity and dedication required to build and grow a successful family enterprise. Hillary has sought out entrepreneurial environments throughout her career and has expansive experience leading talented, mission-driven teams to solve important problems that impact our world.
Prior to joining Wingspan, Hillary was a Founding Partner at New Lane, a family office dedicated to building a more just world through investment, media, and philanthropy. In partnership with family stakeholders, she articulated, built, and led this private firm and managed the firm’s high growth investment portfolio. Hillary was previously a Chief of Staff at the leading venture capital firm General Catalyst. Before attending business school, she was a television and documentary producer for WNET, the country’s flagship PBS station.
Hillary received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BA from Tufts University. She sits on the board of the Boston Chapter of the Tufts Entrepreneurial Network and is an advisor to several startups. Hillary lives outside of Boston with her husband and son. When she isn’t working, she enjoys days at the beach, baking new recipes and spending time with family.
Dylan has an extensive background in bringing efficiency and organization in order to help high functioning teams best leverage their time. For several years, he worked as a Faculty Support Specialist at Harvard Business School, and prior to that was the Administrative Coordinator for Academic Affairs at Longy School of Music of Bard College. In 2017, he graduated with a BA in Arts Administration from Stonehill College.
He currently serves on the board of Theatre To Go, Inc. in Melrose, MA, where he is also a stage director and producer.
Abby Patrick supports Wingspan’s partners across all facets of the business. Prior to joining Wingspan, Abby was at JPMorgan where she sat within the private bank and worked to consolidate the firm’s ‘house view’ for investment advice and guidance for family offices and high net worth individuals.
She also spent time within the bank’s Global Finance and Business Management program, where she rotated through the Asset Management Capital Stress Testing and Corporate Controller functions.
Abby did her studies at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where she was an academic coach and peer mentor to other students. Since moving to New York, Abby has been a coach with Girls on the Run, a nonprofit that instills lifelong developmental skills in young girls through running. Apart from coaching, Abby is an active volunteer with New York Road Runners and a member on the Young Leadership Council for the Go Project, an education nonprofit partnering to close achievement gaps for New York City public school students.
In her spare time, Abby enjoys traveling and training for marathons – 11 and counting.
Kara supports Wingspan’s partners across all facets of the business. Her first experience working with family businesses was in middle school when she spent her summers at an iconic family-owned New England seafood restaurant. Prior to Wingspan, Kara was the Chief of Staff at Snackpass, an Andreessen Horowitz and General Catalyst portfolio company, and an Analyst at RCLCO Real Estate Advisors.
Kara holds a BA in Economics from Brown University. While at Brown, she was involved in the Ivy Film Festival, the largest student run film festival, and the club tennis team. She enjoys playing racquet sports and identifying dog breeds while out on walks around Boston.
Aubrey is the Executive Personal Assistant to our Founder, Christina Wing. A Massachusetts native, Aubrey holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and journalism from Suffolk University. She is a highly skilled Executive Assistant with 7 years of extensive experience in providing top-tier administrative support to partners and executives. Aubrey has supported partners across a variety of industries including private equity and marketing. She has a proven track record of streamlining office operations and managing complex schedules, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.
Known for her exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, Aubrey excels in managing executive calendars and coordinating critical tasks. Her proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities allow her to anticipate needs and address challenges effectively. Aubrey is deeply committed to contributing to the overall success of Wingspan through her exceptional administrative support and strategic coordination.
Outside of work, Aubrey enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time at the beach whenever she gets the chance.
Doug is the Founder of Continuity Family Business Consulting. He brings an extensive background in family business, family office operations and governance to his work with clients. Doug started and ran businesses in the U.S. and Europe, establishing and managing the European operations of his own family’s business.
He is the co-author, with Blair Trippe, of Deconstructing Conflict: Understanding Family Business, Shared Wealth and Power. Doug has also written for Family Business Magazine; IFOJ, Private Company Director; the Negotiation Journal of Harvard PON; the Wealth of Wisdom book series and several other publications.
Doug earned an MBA from Wharton, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell. He is a Fellow of both FFI and NACD, and a Practitioner Scholar with Cornell’s Smith Family Business Initiative. He holds certificates in Mediation from MCLE and Director Professionalism from NACD. Doug also served as President of the New England chapter of the FFI and was the 2023 recipient of the FFI Interdisciplinary Award. He was recently recognized as one of the World’s Top 50 Family Enterprise Advisors in the 2024 Family Capital Magazine rankings.
Doug serves on the boards of a private family-owned company, as well as two non-profit organizations. In his spare time, he plays jazz guitar at local events and music venues.
Blair is Managing Partner of Continuity Family Business Consulting where she works with families who own and manage operating companies and/or share assets together on issues related to succession planning, governance development, wealth integration and conflict management. Blair’s clients include families and family offices with diversified holdings in real estate, manufacturing, agriculture, distribution, financial and consumer products. Her expertise as a negotiator, mediator, and family business consultant is grounded in the study of strategic management and conflict resolution methodologies. She brings a highly specialized approach to the understanding of family systems and the relationship challenges encountered when families work and own together.
Prior to her work at Continuity, Blair worked at Prudential Bache Securities in New York, was on the launch team of a medical device start-up in Cambridge MA, and was a founding partner of two mediation firms, Agreement Resources, LLC and Elder Decisions. Her leadership in the mediation field helped create the no-longer-new specialty of Elder Mediation.
Blair is the co-author of Deconstructing Conflict: Understanding Family Business, Shared Wealth and Power. She also co-authored the book, Mom Always Liked You Best – A Guide to Resolving Family Feuds, Inheritance Battles and Eldercare Crises. The practical guidebook helps family members become better decision-makers, mindful negotiators, and more effective communicators. In addition, Blair contributed several chapters to Keith Whitaker and Tom McCullough’s books published by Wiley; Wealth of Wisdom, and has published articles in the International Family Office Journal and The Negotiation Journal from Harvard Law School among others.
Blair earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a BA in psychology from Connecticut College and holds certificates in Structural Family Therapy, and in Mediation & Negotiation from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School in addition to receiving training from The Dispute Resolution Center at Northwestern University, and the Center for Social Gerontology at Ann Arbor. She is a Fellow the Family Firm Institute, and she serves on the Board of Trustees of The Boston Symphony Orchestra.

JJ grew up in a family business and understands how clearly defined family mission and values impact intergenerational family cohesion, business, wealth and giving. She has 20 years in executive leadership roles and board service within the foundation and non-profit sector. Her expertise is in guiding families in designing their giving strategies reflective of their family values and ethos, resulting in transformational community impact. During her tenure at The Andy Roddick Foundation and Barton Springs Conservancy, she developed membership programs to provide families with ongoing learning opportunities, and created enhanced access and opportunities for further engagement.
Everett serves as an affiliate to Wingspan, having previously served as a trusted advisor to family offices in roles such as CIO and COO. With a remarkable two-decade track record in investment, implementation, and overseeing wealth strategies for institutions and family enterprises, Everett is a driven leader focused on achieving tangible results. He possesses a remarkable ability to anticipate and navigate evolving organizational requirements, designing adaptable governance structures and flexible operating strategies that effectively address the ever-growing complexities faced by family enterprises.
During his tenure at Synergy Trust Partners, Everett played a pivotal role in the oversight and operationalization of the family office. He spearheaded the firm’s progress in information technology and data analytics, successfully integrating robust information management systems. This transformative integration provided the management team and trust beneficiaries with real-time financial transparency and organizational alignment. Everett’s contributions proved instrumental in upgrading the firm’s capabilities and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Everett holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned a BA in Asian Studies from Williams College.
